  • "Order": Refers to a request made via phone or email to purchase services. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of down payments via approved methods (Check, Credit Card, Bank Wire, Western Union, or PayPal).

3. Service Provisions

By submitting an Order and/or payment, you are purchasing the Product for your personal or internal use only.

  • Authorship: All Products are drafted by freelance writers who have transferred all rights and ownership to the Company.
  • Warranties: All Products are non-refundable (except as noted in Section 4) and are provided without warranties, expressed or implied.

4. Refund Policy

At Ingram Spark Services, we strive for excellence. While we offer a 100% refund in specific instances, it is not unconditional. Please review the following limitations carefully.

4.1 Voidance of Refund

The Refund Policy is rendered void if:

  • You have chosen a special or custom package.
  • You have demanded revisions beyond the scope of the initial concepts.
  • You have been unresponsive for more than two (2) weeks without prior notice.
  • The project is placed on "Hold" at your request.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • The creative brief lacks essential information required to complete the task.
  • Your business is closing or undergoing a name change.
  • You claim a "change of mind" or "disagreement with a partner" after work has commenced.
  • You have already accepted multiple sets of revisions.

4.2 Change of Mind

  • Full Refund: Entitled only if requested before writers/editors begin working on the project.
  • Grace Period: You may cancel for a full refund within one (1) hour of placing your order.
  • Processing Fee: Cancellations made after one hour (but before work starts) will incur a 15% processing fee.

4.3 Incompetent Delivery

We are committed to 100% satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure the delivery meets your documented requirements.

  • If, after multiple re-assignments and re-writes, the delivery remains "completely off the mark," a refund may be processed via mutual agreement on a set percentage.
  • Alternatively, you may reserve FREE Pages of the same value for future use.

4.4 Late Delivery

We pride ourselves on "On-Time Delivery." A refund for lateness will only be processed if:

  1. You have made at least three attempts to contact us.
  2. Documentary evidence establishes the delay was solely the Company's fault.
  3. Note: Minor technical errors (grammar, word count, typos) do not qualify for a full refund but may result in partial discounts or credits.

4.5 Claim Window

All refund claims must be submitted within 120 days of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe will not be entertained.
